Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destination & Coverage

We strictly deliver to domestic addresses within the United States. Our logistics network covers the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Explicit Exclusions: We do not ship to any destinations outside of the United States. Furthermore, due to carrier restrictions regarding high-performance enterprise hardware, we cannot ship to:

  • U.S. Territories (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
  • Standard PO Boxes

2. Shipping Rates and Fees

To ensure complete transparency and an optimized checkout experience, we operate a sitewide Free Shipping policy.

  • Shipping Fee: $0.00 (Free) for all authorized domestic destinations
  • Conditions: There are no minimum purchase thresholds, no weight-based surcharges, and no hidden conditions

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment Timeline

Our logistics workflow is directly integrated with our U.S. distributor's network. Your delivery timeline is divided into two distinct phases:

  • Standard Processing (Fulfillment) Time: 3 to 5 business days. This window covers internal order verification, inventory confirmation with our distributor, and warehouse preparation before the carrier picks up the item.
  • Estimated Shipping Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days. This represents the actual transit window from the distributor's domestic warehouses to your delivery address via ground or freight distribution networks.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days from the moment your order confirmation is issued.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or official U.S. federal holidays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Carriers & Logistics Setup

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from domestic warehousing facilities within the United States. Depending on your destination, order size, and specific hardware requirements, delivery will be carried out by:

  • UPS (Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select)
  • FedEx (Ground, Overnight Morning/Afternoon)
  • Freight/LTL (Less-Than-Truckload): May be used for oversized data center equipment or high-volume orders, at the discretion of our fulfillment partner.

The carrier and service level are selected based on the nature of the product and destination at the time of dispatch. CoreNode Components does not guarantee a specific carrier for any given order.


5. Order Tracking

We do not pass raw third-party carrier tracking numbers directly to customers. Instead, we provide a streamlined tracking experience:

  1. When your order is dispatched by our distributor, the carrier tracking data is automatically synced to our order management system.
  2. We utilize the integrated ParcelWILL application to provide you with real-time shipment visibility without requiring you to navigate external carrier portals.
  3. To view your shipment status, visit the "Track Your Order" link located in our website's footer. Enter your store order number along with the email address or phone number used at checkout to access instant updates.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Strict Reporting Window for Non-Delivery: If your tracking status shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if the estimated delivery window has passed without delivery, you must notify us at support.corenode@llmcore.ai within 5 calendar days. This strict window ensures we can initiate a formal claims process with our logistics network and carriers within their mandatory institutional deadlines. Requests submitted outside this 5-day window cannot be investigated or compensated.

Stolen Packages (Porch Piracy): In accordance with our distributor's terms, CoreNode Components relies strictly on the carrier's official proof of dispatch and delivery confirmation. Once a package is marked as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, the risk of loss or theft transfers entirely to the customer. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages stolen after documented delivery.
