Return & Refund Policy

At CoreNode Components, we are committed to providing enterprise-grade hardware with full transparency. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it reflects the operational constraints of our supply chain model.


1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must all be met:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled
  • The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging, intact and undamaged
  • All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that have been opened, installed, powered on, or show signs of use may not be returned.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Any product explicitly identified as "Non-Refundable" or "Final Sale" on its product detail page. In accordance with our supplier's terms, these items cannot be returned to us for a refund under any circumstances.
  • Items not in their original condition or missing original packaging
  • Items reported outside the 14-day return window

For items marked as Non-Refundable that are affected by a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for repair, replacement, or warranty service.


4. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. This fee reflects the handling and processing costs incurred through our supply chain.


5. How to Request a Return

  1. Log into your account on our store and navigate to your order, or contact us at support.corenode@llmcore.ai
  2. Submit your return request within the 14-day window, including your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5Β business days
  4. If approved, you will receive the return address and instructions by email
  5. Do not send any item back before receiving written approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as CoreNode Components is not responsible for items lost in transit.


6. Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us at support.corenode@llmcore.ai within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damage and packaging

We will assess the situation and coordinate the appropriate resolution. For manufacturing defects, customers may be directed to the manufacturer's warranty service directly, in accordance with our supplier's terms.

Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery: CoreNode Components relies on the carrier's official tracking data. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier to the address provided during checkout, CoreNode Components and its distributors assume no liability for subsequent loss, damage, or theft. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages stolen after documented delivery. Customers are advised to secure their delivery locations or seek indemnification strictly through their personal insurance or local carrier services.


7. Order Cancellation

7.1 Cancellation by the Customer

Once an order is placed, it is immediately transmitted to our distribution network for processing. If you request to cancel an order before it has shipped, the cancellation is strictly subject to written approval and supply chain availability. Because our network incurs immediate administrative, handling, and inventory carrying costs, any approved cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee deducted directly from your refund.

Strict Exception for Special Orders: Any product marked as "Special Order: Non-Cancellable" or classified as a "Custom Product" cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once the order has been transmitted to our distributor. For these items, cancellation requests will be systematically denied, and the order will be fulfilled and shipped at the customer's expense.

7.2 Cancellation by CoreNode Components
CoreNode Components operates on a daily synchronization model with our U.S. distributor. In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel a confirmed order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is no longer available in our distributor's inventory at the time of order processing.
  • A significant and unforeseen increase in procurement cost has occurred between the time of your order and processing, rendering the transaction non-viable.
  • A technical discrepancy, typographical error, or critical update in product specifications/documentation has been identified prior to fulfillment, rendering the original store listing incorrect or unreasonable to fulfill.

In either case, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund with no fees or deductions, processed within 3-5 business days. No penalty of any kind will be applied to the customer.


8. Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the applicable 15% restocking fee.
